In the article the possibilities for use of digital technologies in talent management are considered. There are approaches to definition of the concept "management of talents", the relevance of the chosen subject is reasoned. In the article the main activities on talent management are specified and described and characteristic of the methods of human resource management connected with development of digital technologies is given: robotization, digitalization, ERP systematization and neurotools.
