The article deals with the problems of changing the human psyche and personality in the process of modification by means of technologies of social and psychobiological mechanisms of the human psyche. We have shown the emergence of new forms of technobioorganization associated with the change and expansion through technology social, sensitive, intelligent and conscious spheres of the human followed by the emergence of new forms of subjective reality and identity.
