Contribution of the ground water discharge to the Gulf of Finland contamination has not sufficiently been taken into account while it is certain to be of current scientific interest. The author gives a detailed description of the estimation method offered that may be helpful in coping with the problem get unsolved. More detailed information of the methodology of the research is presented in the article. In reason of difficulties of groundwater discharge estimation could be adopted and used different mentioned methods.
