This work is devoted to the study of the competency-based approach in the personnel development system. The relevance of the topic is due to an increase in the level of integration of competency models in the development of employees of various companies, which is explained by the dependence of employee productivity on the availability of necessary competencies. The introduction of a competency model allows us to achieve the goals of the organization and takes the company to a higher level.
