N2 - It was proved by numerical experiments that nonlinear effects under Carioles force field can generate general cyclonic circulation of closed sea and anticyclonic circulation around islands. The such type of circulations is observed at the most of closed seas and large lakes of the northern hemisphere. As it was shown by calculations, the new mechanism is comparable with other reasons of general circulation formation of closed basins.
