Informatization of society promotes emergence of the technologies changing perception of real reality.
The post-truth which is applied to designation of irrelevance of any concept, the event belonging to the present belongs
to such technologies. The appeal to emotions of people without granting the real facts or by their distortion becomes a
common form of policy of the western countries which artificially raise tensions in the relations with Russia.
