Discussions in education and in the sciences of education show that in public consciousness, science and practice, ideas about the role of the education system in the life of a person and society change. The authors attempt to fix these changes and design a new model of teachers' professionalism. The authors' position shown in the article consider in a unity the personal and professional position of teachers, supplementing it with professional skills. The conclusion contains the first results of the design of targets for achievement indicators. The abstracts, data and models are the invitation to continue the discussion.
