The paper considers trust as a factor in the development of the digital economy. The lack of trust hinders the development of the digital economy, the spread of new digital technologies. The main types of risks associated with the development of digital technologies are considered. It is shown that the increase in the level of trust is possible only as a result of the joint efforts of all stakeholders: business, government, individuals
