The article deals with the problem of preparation school students for the Testing of Russian as a second language. Preparation for the testing is included in the study program and the certificate becomes a source of motivation for students. Russian origin teenagers are mostly interested in TORFL-II/B2 and TORFL-III/C1, but for 12-13 years students the testing materials may appear to be too complicated. That is why for the 12-13 years old students of "Azbuka” Hamburg Education and Culture Society is used Test of Russian as a Second Language for School Students developed by the Language Testing Centre of Saint Petersburg State University. And for high school students is arranged TORFL-II/B2 and TORFL-III/C1.
