The article is dedicated to the legal issues arising in the field of machine learning. In the introductory authors provide general theoretical information about the specifics of machine learning process and the areas in which this technology is used. Then the key problems of this sphere are sequentially analyzed, including the problem of data availability for learning, the black box problem, ethical aspects of machine learning. Special attention in the article is paid to the ethical principles of artificial intelligence. Authors analyze proposals on the ethical requirements for artificial intelligence, which already exist (including both domestic and foreign information sources) and put forward their own proposals on such principles for machine learning, inviting readers to the discussion
