FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery and anaesthesiology, and can be used in conducting a sub-cerebral tracheal intubation. That is ensured by forming a tunnel in the soft tissues of the oral cavity. Tunnel is formed by skin incision in the sub-chin area, as in Fig. 1, 3–3.5 cm long. Deep layers of tissues are separated by noninvasive method. Three directions of tissues separation are changed: two of them along muscular layers m. platisma, and m. Mylohyoideus, and third in submucosal layer of mouth bottom in direction of its anatomical structures, including submandibular duct, lingual vessels and nerve. At each of three stages of tunnel creation, controlled haemostasis is performed, after which intubation tube is removed and skin wound is closed.

EFFECT: method provides reducing access injuries, including haemostasis relief, reducing intraoperative and postoperative complications, as well as improving the cosm
