The paper presents ongoing results of the analysis of the frequency use of Russian feminitives formed from masculatives. Productive word formation models offeminitives were identified with the help of Sketch Engine, NoSketch Engine and GICR. The Student's t-test was usedfor checking the interchangeability of the models.
