The aim of this article is to consider the digitalization of linguistic education in the framework of the existing discussion about systemic approach revealing the complexity of the educational dialogue. The tendencies of modern educational discourse development, based on changing social and cultural trends in the development of society, as well as the modern dominant form of distance communication, are considered. Material for the analysis are modern educational programs of the humanities linguistic cycle, online courses and digital private communication samples. It is proposed to use the concept of functional adaptation as an optimizing parameter of the system as an example of a systematic approach to the analysis of the ongoing dynamic processes in education. The systems approach is defined within the framework of two types of determinants -external and internal. The external determinant relates to the analysis of the organizational component of the educational environment the formation of the content of work programs and the trajectory of the educational process. The internal determinant implies cognitive and discursive features of the educational dialogue disclosing new ways of information perception. : 1) model trajectories or denotational maps and schemes; 2) "microlearning" format; 3) new types of hybrid interpersonal communication new interpretation of empathy. In conclusion, it is suggested that a systematic representation of hybrid digital linguistic education through the definition of internal and external dominants allows identifying areas of adaptation of the educational process to the changed social conditions.
