The article discusses the industry solution "1C: Enterprise - Alfa-Auto: Car Dealership + Car Service + Auto Parts PROF", which is intended to automate operational and management accounting in small auto business enterprises. The main activity of such firms is the provision of car repair and maintenance services. This article describes the implementation of external processing “Auto Service Download Graph”. The mechanism records at a specific date and time, and also monitors busy lifts by the hour. It should be noted that during development the typical configuration was changed - a reference book and a document were added. This chart contains all the necessary information and is easy to use. Processing can be used in any enterprise that uses this configuration in its work.
