The article presents a model for analyzing the information-psychological impact on the enemy, identified the objects, levels and psychological targets of the impact, describes the mechanisms of perception management and motivational management in the information war. It is concluded that under the conditions of information warfare, the orientation of a person in the surrounding world is easily replaced by a controlled process of disorientation, the psychological grounds of which are, firstly, the war of meanings, interpretations that anchor the corresponding ideology, and, secondly, a war of motives that shapes attraction values and goals of preservation and development of the ethnos and the state or their destruction.
