The article discusses the problem of the interaction of participants in the educational process during the transition to distance learning. Parents of students play one of the leading roles in the educational process. Psychological and pedagogical support of students' parents is one of the leading tasks of teachers and psychologists of educational organizations. The remote form of interaction with parents is not only a trend of our time, but also the need to find new forms of family support in teaching a child. Remote tracking is carried out through remote resources. We have identified the classification of these resources: print resources, communications and Internet resources, which are sold in online and offline farms. The purpose of the empirical study was to study the request of parents of students for psychological and pedagogical support through remote forms of interaction. A survey of 180 parents (mothers) of students in grades 6-8 showed: most of the respondents would like to receive psychological and pedagogical assistance from specialists of an educational organization. Moreover, the preferred type of activity is individual consultation with a teacher or psychologist. The vast majority of parents choose a remote form of interaction regardless of the epidemiological situation. Parents of students choose Internet resources as a means of implementing remote support, and, first of all, an offline format via e-mail, forums and websites. The results obtained indicate the need for further more extensive research in the field of educational and distance requests of parents of students, both during the organization of universal distance learning and in a more relaxed time.
