The article is devoted to the legacy of the early Christian apologist of
the 2nd century Theophilus of Antioch. The subject of the study is the religious and philosophical views and apologetic concepts contained in Theophilus’ book “Three Books for Autolycus”. The aim of the study is to reveal the peculiarities of Theophilus’ apologetics methods, as well as his concrete contribution to the development of Christian dogmatics and historiography.
