The article presents the discourses about the specifics of the European and Eurasian cultures. The comparative analysis of Russian and European cultural constants. It is shown that the values of historical persons necessarily should be considered when explaining their actions. Each researcher is obliged to declare its position publicly, present arguments in its favor and listen to the opinions of others. Deliberative model of public discussion is supplemented by ethno-cultural and anthropological constants that determine the likelihood of exclusion and the possibility of involvement of the other. In this context, the notion of geophilosophy, which incorporate phenomenological and geographic descriptions. The results can be used to solve ethnic conflicts arising as a result of the increasing migration of people.
