N2 - Experiments on mice were performed to study a protective action of amino acids and other oxidation substrates (L-aspartic acid, pyruvate, succinate, GABA, alpha-ketoglutarate), metabolites (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) as well as vitamin-coenzyme complexes in combination with oxidation substrate while being under closed space conditions. GABA, aspartate, glutamate possessed the highest protective effect as against alpha-ketoglutarate and succinate.
