Non-equilibrium expanding flows of gas mixtures with dissociation, recombination and vibrational energy exchange are studied on the basis of state-to-state and quasi-stationary models. The influence of various collisional processes and different vibrational distributions on the flow parameters is estimated. An important role of recombination in the formation of non-Boltzmann distribution in nozzle flows is found.
