Short bibliographic review of several books on Astrodynamics written in Russian is outlined in frame of the scientific legacy of Friedrich Tsander (1887-1933). He was the outstanding soviet engineer, inventor and scientist who lived in Moscow in 1920s. Our review concerns only ten books edited and published in 2000-2017. We consider these books as the necessary honorable contribution to Tsander's memory to the 130-th Anniversary of his birthday. We outline several sections as follows: New translations to Russian, Textbooks and Educational Issues, Scientific Monograph on Astrodynamics, Electrodynamics and Magnetism in Space, Solar Sailing Dynamics.
