The author comes to conclusion that governments have to adapt to technological development from the position of a player catching up with technology. Digital economy and digital currencies development prepares significant political risks for state institutions, what will inevitably split countries into followers of the development and followers of the protection of own traditional economic models. Who would benefit of that rapid revolution? National traditional institutions, corporations or netocrats.
