This article discusses factors affecting changes in the dynamics of population of the Baltic Sea region in the beginning of the XXI century. European region comes to modern type of the demographic transition with love level of natural growing of population now. It is the rule of native demographic process. The economic factor influenced on demographic situation and urban growth in Europe in the past (in time of bipolar system) and now. The demographic situation in Baltic region had been modification of economic and political relations after the collapse of the bipolar system. The demography stability in the western districts of the Baltic Region is determined by same factors: political stability and economic situation.
