N2 - As an institution, the European Union forces the Member States to adapt to its requirements, which are the fulfilment of its vision of functioning. The Union does not allow the Member State to act contrary to its rules. Anyone who wants to belong to the Union should not the only accent but also implement its provisions in its legal system. This is due to the fact that the Union wants to be one, a common institution, and not a set of countries that are legally dif-ferent, acting in such a way that they are mutually exclusive. Therefore, in specific sectors, the EU dictates very clear conditions, thus affecting the introduction of specific regulations into a given legal order, even by creating specific entities. And this is the case in Poland. Therefore, the main intention of the authors of the article is to show and characterize very clear EU influ-ence on the creation and operation of new entities in the Polish legal system, in particular in the Polish administrative law. The main emphasis was put on the creation and functioning of government agencies in Poland, which EU regulations have a huge impact, among others due to the transfer of funds for the performance of their individual tasks.
