A charged body is considered which moves along the Keplerian elliptic orbit in the Newtonian central gravitational field in conditions of interaction with a magnetic dipole field, situated in an attracting center. It is supposed that the magnetic dipole is rotated around the axis going through the dipole center but noncoincident with the dipole axis in a general case. The expression is obtained for the principal moment of the Lorentz forces, acting on the charged body in the process of its motion in the magnetic field.
