The complete condition of mechanical equilibrium at a curved nonspherical surface was derived which is valid both in the absence and presence of external fields. The condition was written in the vector form, not less compact than the Laplace formula. Only vectors of surface tension were used, but the complete tensors of surface tension were not used.
