The problem of stabilization of the bilinear nonstationary control systems in the case of the incomplete information about the vector of its phase state is considered. The method of the synthesis of the nonstationary bilinear n-dimensional state estimator and the nonstationary bilinear state estimator of the Luenberger-type is proposed. The theorems on the sufficient conditions of the existence of the estimators are proved.
