N2 - In the low-temperature (4.2 K) excitonic light reflection spectra of CdSe crystals subjected to the low-energy (several keV) electron irradiation, an effect of the stop of a "rotation" at the longitudinal exciton frequency is found. The connection of this effect with Fermi level pinning on the surface of the semiconductor is assumed. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
