This paper describes the construction of an attachment for the UR-10 and UR-20 spectrophotometers, making it possible to obtain the spectra of ultrathin films on the surface of objects such as metallic foil by the IR radiation multiple reflection method. Recommendations are given for use of the attachment for the qualitative analysis of the original and modified surfaces of metals.
