The prediction of a total zero angular momentum bound state of the spin-polarized atomic tritium trimer was verified. The calculations showed that the tritium dimer have a so weakly attractive potential energy curve, that it do not support any bound levels. The theory used real valued coordinates and energies, sufficient to compute bound rovibrational eigenstates of a single potential energy surface. The rate of the radiative recombination is enhanced when a transient long-living complex is formed in a collision.
