The article makes the case for moving towards qualitative factors of economic growth that gives an opportunity to provide sustainable and dynamic economic development of the country. The most important condition for this transition is the deployment of the new industrial revolution and the formation of industry 4.0. For modem Russia transition from crisis to sustainable and balanced growth implies the revival of priority industrial sectors of the economy on the new technique and technological basis. From this point of view perspectives of the formation of the industrial tehnotronical society and the consequences of the deployment of the new industrial revolution are analyzing. Particular attention is drawn to the need to implement the model of state capitalism the long-term objectives of development of the Russian society.
