title = "Russian Attitude to Sustainable Developmant Strategy: System Factors of Pro-ecological",
abstract = "The article deals with topical aspects of the concept of sustainable develop-ment related to the dynamics of interrelations in hybrid socio-natural and technological formations of the digital world. It is emphasized that the com-prehension of the strategy of global development goes beyond the natural and geographical sciences, requires the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge. The purpose of the article is to show the perspective of the eco-system approach in the conceptual modeling of the processes affecting the conservation of vital resources of modern civilization, to highlight the role of the formation of environmental consciousness as a non-economic factor of sustainable development. The study is based on an interdisciplinary system paradigm in combined with actor-network theory in sociology. The tasks of the empirical study are related to the analysis of the attitude of Russian citi-zens to the environmental situation in the region, changes in stereotypes of youth behavior in the environmental conditions of the city. Based on the da-ta of sociological surveys conducted by the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTSIOM) in the period 2019-2021, the factors that cause environmental concern of Russian citizens, motivating their inclusion in en-vironmental practices, are highlighted. The conclusion notes that Russian cit-izens are sufficiently informed about the state of the environmental situation in their region, many apply environmental practices in everyday life. But on the question the formation of environmental consciousness is considered the most effective fines and other measures of administrative control.",
