This paper is a review of research and recent results in number theory and combinatorics obtained by young mathematicians under the author’s scientific supervision at St. Petersburg State University. Necessary background information on Ramanujan,q-series, and mock theta functions is given. Historical remarks on Ramanujan’s Lost Notebook are provided and perspective results of Nikolay Borozenets on Ramanujan-topic are discussed in detail. Bibliography : 28 titles.
