The system contains three units: statistical and amplitude analyzers and a direct-memory-access device. The throughput of the statistical analyzer reaches 2 MHz; the timer counter has 16 bits. The thoughput of the amplitude analyzer is 100 kHz, the differential nonlinearity is ≤1%, and the input-signal range is ±10 V.
