The first one is the registries of IP objects on the permissionless blockchain platform. Information about IP objects and their authors (owners) contained in them will not be official. The second type is the registries of IP objects on the basis of permission blockchain technologies, in which superuser rights will be granted to government bodies authorized in the field of IP protection. Entries in them will be official and will have validating rights value.",
