The dynamical picture of the light fragment production in hA-collisions is considered. The coalescence coefficient (CC) for the fragment formation process is calculated. It is shown that this coefficient depends not on the angle and momentum of the produced fragment separately, but only on one universal variable which is their combination. The obtained results are generalized both for any arbitrary fragment mass number and for the case of the fragment emission with a momentum in the central kinematic region. The particular features of the (CC) are thoroughly studied including A-dependence, both in the backward hemisphere of the nucleus target fragmentation region and in the central kinematic region. The theoretical calculation results are compared with recent experimental data. This comparison is especially crucial as there are no free fitting parameters in the theoretical expression for CC.
