N2 - Prerequisites of the transfer to integrated project control in the field of nanoindustry, which comprises all stages of the life cycle of innovative nanoproduction, have been considered. Structural relationships between the directions of nanoindustry have been demonstrated and a management statement that assumes the complex character of these relationships has been considered. Principles of project management in the field of nanotechnologies that reflect the character of these projects, their structure, the composition of participants, and other factors that determine the features of the solution of management problems have been suggested.
