N2 - A brief review is presented of application of the high-sensitive laser polarimetry for detecting small changes—either regular, or stochastic—of the medium magnetization. Principles and results of application of the spectroscopy of spin fluctuations to atomic and semiconductor systems are described. New possibilities of studying the radiospectroscopic and optical properties of spin systems using the methods of noise spectroscopy are considered. Prospects for expanding the circle of objects of the spin noise spectroscopy at the expense of impurity dielectrics are discussed.
