N2 - Due to the toxicity of arsenic it is quite essential to analyze the conditions under which arsenites and arsenates replace primary minerals in the oxidation zones of sulfide ore deposits and upon weathering of technologic waste. This purpose is performed by summarizing the results of equilibrium calculations and considering geologic occurrences in Eh-pH diagrams.
