N2 - The investigation of photovoltaic effects in TGS crystals pure and doped with Fe in pulse and stationary regime of laser extitation have been carried out. The mechanisms of photoresponse were identificated: piezoelectric, pyroelectric and photo-induced dipole moment effect.
