N2 - Based on numerical modelling of metal diffraction gratings with multilayer dielectric coatings, the optimization of their parameters is performed to obtain gratings with a high radiation tolerance designed for compression of powerful laser pulses. It is shown theoretically that such gratings are promising for obtaining high radiation tolerance and high diffraction efficiency in the specified spectral region.
