N2 - A phenomenological justification is proposed for the model of a molten cationic sublattice. The minimum ionic conductivity of the vitreous solid electrolyte is estimated. Special emphasis is given to the problem of interaction between the cationic and anionic sublattices in the course of ion transfer.
