N2 - In this paper we consider some integral-differential model of the dynamics of charged particles with smoothed interaction. This model is used in solving various problems of optimization of the dynamics of intense beams. Using the proposed model in optimization problems allows you to find analytical expressions for the functional variation that characterize the dynamics of the particles, and then consruct methods of directed search of extremum.
