The basic problems of the capillary hydrodynamics (energy and moment fluxes) described in the paper by V.V.Krotov are discussed on the base of considering basic fundamentals on incompressible nonevaporable ideal liquid. The conclusion is made that the creation of the overall theory of capillary jet on the base of the law of conservation of momentum is a very complex problem. The role of the experimental verification of the theoretical solutions is emphasized.
