Abstract: Studying the phenomenon of flutter and developing the method of its suppression is an outstanding achievement of the famous Soviet scientist, President of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR M.V. Keldysh. In this report we apply modern research tools to the Keldysh model and compare the results obtained with their help with the results of М.V. Keldysh.
