Alongside rendezvous game problem [1], conflict problems of economic dynamics [2] are the object of study in the theory of n-person differential games. The use of classical cooperative theory principles for resolving conflict problems of the latter type [3] runs into the strong dynamic stability problem [4]. Overcoming it is made possible by a local approach to the construction of a cooperative differential game theory, which is presented in what follows.
