Description of database and client program developed by the authors and designed to store, process and extract nuclear constants used in calculations of nuclear fuel isotope changes is presented. On the basis of the designed database, a comprehensive program was developed. The program allows calculating the change in nuclear concentration and activity of fuel isotopes during irradiation and exposure.
