N2 - Periodic magnetic multilayers Fe/Ge were studied by polarized-neutron reflectometry. The effect of quasi-Bragg enhancement of non-specular diffuse scattering from imperfect interlayer boundaries was observed and explained in terms of neutron diffraction on interfaces with correlated roughnesses.
