N2 - In this paper we propose the model of resources distribution for preserving the population of polar bears in the Arctic area of the Russian Federation. The model is based on the principle of fair resource distribution taking into account the differences in population size, in unit cost of means of protection and in growth of the cost of resources, given the delay in receipt of these resources, between polar bears' habitats. The operation of the model is illustrated with the numerical example.
