Experimental cultivation of different micromycetes on the rock surface are described. Fungal colonization of substrate (marble and limestone) and interaction between fungi on the rock surface are investigated in the model conditions. It is shown that processes of rock deterioration are detected by fungal community composition (structure) and substrate characteristics.
